1920s Bronze Bowl by Tinos, Made in Denmark, Naked Lady Decoration, Art Deco Era

The Danes have an open mind to the “natural” world, as this sculptural bowl suggests. It’s over 11 inches in diameter and about 1 ¼ inches high. It weighs nearly SEVEN pounds!!

The photos tell all, and attest to the overall excellent condition and color of the acid verdigris patina. There are two small compromises to the patina on the front, one at 12 o’clock and the other at 4; these are clearly visible in the photos.

Otherwise, near-perfect condition and an artistic triumph, nothing less…
